Our client, a niche banking business with significant potential to rapidly grow their business is seeking to hire Intermediary Relationship Managers to quickly build our clients presence in the Intermediary Market for mortgages.  For the right candidate(s) it is a rare opportunity to join something at the start and be at the forefront of what will be a very successful business. 

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for creating and developing business relationships who understands the need to deal with a small number of key partners that can give our client large scale penetration but controlled access to the Intermediary market. 


 - The succesful applicant(s) will be required to have good relationship development skills, be commercially astute to identify, negotiate and establish profitable volume growth.

- You will help implement and shape the strategy to grow the amount of borrowing through intermediaries.

- Building our clients presence in the intermediary market, leading to the acquisition of borrowers through established avenues.

- Helping to develop the intermediary acquisition strategy; which intermediaries to target, in what order, and how and assist with campaign/event planning.

- Acquiring and building existing relationships with Intermediaries both by telephone and face to face to implement the acquisition strategy.

- Tracking loan applications, completed loans and to assist with general analysis/reporting on intermediary activity.

Location: West End

Salary: Negotiable on experience and track record
