We are currently representing a Challenger Bank located in Central London.  Our client whose discussions with the regulatory authorities for the granting of a banking licence are well advanced is now looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to take responsibility for all the day to day requirements of the regulatory regime they will operate under.  

The successful candidate will be very heavily involved in all the work required to ensure the Banking Licence is granted and thereafter will be responsible for all the reporting requirements and Board Reports necessary to demonstrate compliance with the regulations. 

Experience of operating in a similar function in another retail banking environment will be necessary along with a demonstrable understanding of the requirements and a track record of providing to senior management all the necessary information.  The successful candidate will be seen as the "Go To" person for any regulatory issue and will work closely with relevant teams across the business.

A professional qualification and degree is preferred along with a successful track record in this field.  Very attractive package and our client will consider Contract, Temp to Perm or Permanent position.  For further information please contact:
