Allemby Hunt is working with a leading global banking institution to find and experienced Conduct Risk professional to assist with their on-going business improvements within their retail units.

An important attribute for any candidate considering this position will be the enthusiasm and drive to improve business processes and encourage the take on of any new initiatives from senior stakeholders to junior sales staff.  The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the new Conduct Risk regulatory guidelines which have been implemented by the FCA and be able to apply their understanding into driving new strategies to ensure awareness at all business levels.  This will include designing new standards for day to day procedures, new troubleshooting options if queries arise in front office and ensuring that all sales, whether it be face to face in branch or digitally via a tablet, have the customer's circumstances at the forefront.

Candidates will need to have demonstrable examples of their experience within the retail banking industry and will have a background managing direct leads with Conduct Risk.
