We are currently representing a prominent wealth advice and investment management firm based in the heart of Central London. They have been the winners of numerous industry awards and have been recognised for their excellent training and coaching towards specialist advice and chartered exams. Over the years, they have gained a high retention rate with employees.

They are now seeking a Junior Investment Manager to come and join their thriving team. This is a rare opportunity to come and join a successful firm where you'll hit the ground running from day one. The position itself is flexible and the environment is buzzing within the firm. If you excel in the role, there is the opportunity to progress into an Investment Manager role within the first 2 years. The candidate who gets chosen will be providing ongoing support for up to three Investment Managers.

Not only will you participate in placing and overlooking deals for Senior Investment Managers, but you will be writing investment proposals, letters and plenty of client correspondence. Furthermore, you will be expected to assist with client representations and attend the required meetings with the Investment Managers allocated to you. Part of the role also involves supervising the management of client portfolios.

Our client is ideally looking for someone who possesses the level 4 financial diploma, however will ideally be Level 6, PCIAM. You will have prior experience of asset allocation, fund research and have a thorough understanding of economic data and cycles. Having a strong understanding of many IT systems will also be required. If you're wanting to be trained and have the ambition to succeed, this is the role for you.

The salary is negotiable up to £34k and will be based on your individual experience and the qualifications you will be eligible to undertake in the client's bonus structure.
