An exciting opportunity for a retail banking auditor has arisen at a leading regional Banking Group in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East.

This institution is constantly looking to develop and improve its controls, processes and procedures. As such and as part of a larger change program, the group now wishes to recruit a highly capable Retail Banking Audit Manager to support the Head of Retail Audit in the roll-out of the branch audit program. This will include providing quality feedback to the Board, assessing areas of risk and making recommendations, implementing changes and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Branches and at Head Office.

The Retail Banking Audit Manager will take responsibility for the Branch network with the remit to oversee a comprehensive review of the audit program and be responsible for mentoring a team to provide a first class service to the organisation. 

You will have a background in Retail Bank Auditing, at a senior level and will have experience of successfully managing large teams of 'field' auditors. You must also be fluent in Arabic.

Ideally a graduate with an audit or accountancy qualification, the successful candidate will provide a focal point to the Branch Business Audit program and will have a very definite career path within the Bank.
